Pho is a specialty at Bamboo One. We use all parts of the beef and beef bone to bring out the most flavor and to achieve the clarity of the broth. Clarity is achieved by slow cooking the ingredients for up to eight hours. This is a key indicator of the quality of Pho.

There are 17 variations of Pho at the restaurant, ranging from the No. 1 Deluxe, which includes well-done brisket, beef-ball, flank steak, thin eye-of-round steak, tendon and tripe through single-meat options and various mix-and-match combination, to vegetables, chicken and seafood versions. All soup served with rice noodles and your choice of herbs.

Bamboo One also offers other delicious Vietnamese dishes such as broken rice with your choice of meat and stir-fried scallions or rice vermicelli noodles with your choice of meat and crushed peanuts.

Now, we're also offering thin egg noodle with wonton soup, as well as roast duck specialty BBQ for your appetite to enjoy a little different taste. Even so we are adding Dim Sum with over 40 items to our menu. Please see our menu for more information.

At our place, we serve Asian frozen drinks and bubble tea smoothies in many different tasty fruity flavors, including Strawberry, Mango, Honeydew, Pina-Colada, Cappuccino coffee, Taro, Coconut Milk, Thai Tea, Durian, Lychee etc....Now also in new Red Bean flavor, which is especially delicious. All bubble tea smoothies are served with tapioca bubbles, and these chewy bubbles are a lot of fun to suck up with an extra wide straw.
